Job summary

Lakeshore is seeking a Regional Director of Learning Environments, Northwest to secure new and repeat business by building strong relationships with school districts, sites, architecture firms, and community colleges.

You will own your geography, lead end-to-end sales from lead generation through installation, present at bids and board meetings, and collaborate with Inside and Outside Sales and Marketing to tailor messaging for local markets.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to secure sales with K–12 FF&E opportunities.
• Strong presentation and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing end-to-end sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and secure sales in the field focusing on K–12 FF&E opportunities.
• Own designated geographic area and drive business.
• Attend bid openings and provide direction for bid responses.
• Manage sales pipeline from lead generation to installation.
• Collaborate with Inside and Outside Sales and Marketing to support markets.
• Travel to identify market opportunities and attend conferences.
