Under the supervision of the Manager of Nutritional Services and Catering and/or Nutritional Services Supervisor, the Nutritional Services Technician will be responsible for a variety of duties in the food service operation of Maryhaven, including serving breakfast and tray lines, setting up the deli cooler, making deli sandwiches, operating the dish machine, mopping, and sweeping floors. Responsibilities may also include maintaining stock and inventory and ensuring food supply for units is stocked. Requires the ability to get along with a diverse population.
