Life Time Inc. is seeking an LTH Lead to educate staff and members on nutrition products while driving sales. This supplemental role works alongside a qualifying PT position with limited weekly hours and reports to the Personal Training Lead.

Expect mentoring of commissionable team members and collaboration with cafe staff to align nutrition offerings. The role emphasizes customer service, product demonstrations, and event sampling, with a compensation structure tied to performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Background in nutrition, fitness, or a related field preferred.
• Previous sales experience in health and wellness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead nutrition product education for staff and members.
• Develop materials and presentations to simplify product knowledge.
• Conduct monthly sampling events and trainings.
• Collaborate on sales strategies and monitor performance with coaching.
• Maintain inventory planning with cafe team and coordinate campaigns.
• Engage on the fitness floor to answer questions and provide personalized recommendations.
• Partner with cafe team to align supplement sales with offerings.
• Attend team meetings to share insights and strategies for member satisfaction.
