Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking licensed Personal Trainers to help members achieve healthier lives by building relationships and delivering educational, member-focused experiences. You will design safe, effective programs and provide ongoing guidance on fitness topics.

Qualifications

• Certified personal trainer certification required
• CPR and AED certification required
• 1 year of personal training experience preferred
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for class duration and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention
• Instructs clients on safe use of cardio, flexibility and strength equipment
• Conducts fitness consultations including pre-participation screening, medical history and goal setting
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan
• Keeps credentials current and stays updated on trends in the industry

High school diploma or GED

Bachelor’s in Kinesiology or related field (preferred)
