Job summary

Life Time is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to support members in achieving healthier, happier lives. You will build relationships, deliver educational guidance, and uphold Life Time standards across sessions.

Responsibilities include designing safe client programs, conducting consultations, providing floor assistance, promoting services, and maintaining accurate documentation while staying current with certifications and trends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED Certified.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops client programs to achieve goals and retention.
• Instructs clients on safe, effective use of cardio, flexibility and strength equipment.
• Reads, watches, and engages in required training for the role.
• Conducts fitness consultations including screening, history, lifestyle questionnaire, and goals.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Documents all aspects of client programming.
• Remains current on credentials and continuing education.
