Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent is required.
• Three years’ supervision/operation experience in a quantity food production operation is preferred.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and General Automobile Liability Insurance.
• Satisfactory background check required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Nutrition activities and insure compliance with Federal/State regulations and SCHRA policies.
• Prepare the meal site for service with proper sanitation and serving procedures; cleanup afterwards.
• Maintain prescribed meal reservation system and order meals and supplies accordingly.
• Maintain state-approved average for congregate and home-delivered meals; meet participation goals or face probation/termination.
