Mount Carmel Health System, part of Trinity Health, seeks a full-time Supervisor - Nutrition Services to oversee daily Food Services operations on day shift. This role emphasizes leadership, staff development and adherence to safety and service standards.

The candidate will supervise staffing, coach team members, participate in evaluations, and manage complex issues to ensure excellent patient and associate experiences. Relocation and development opportunities may be available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; an Associate's Degree in Food Service preferred.
• Completion of Sanitation or ServSafe Certification within 6 months.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a foodservice operation.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily staff activities in Food Services and staffing levels.
• Provide leadership, orientation, training, coaching and mentoring.
• Assist with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Perform staff duties as needed to meet service levels.
• Lead resolution of complex issues and complaints.
• Uphold safety policies and professional service standards.
