Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a healthcare or nutrition environment preferred.
Knowledge of HACCP and safety practices a plus.

Responsibilities

Positively affect patient satisfaction by obtaining menu choices and delivering nutritious foods in a timely manner.
Assist with presenting menu options to patients according to diet needs and assist with meal tray preparation.
Double-check trays with menu selections for accuracy before delivery; take corrective actions if needed.
Perform cleaning duties and handle disposing of trash, and equipment stocking.
Collect and document data related to patient care (fluid/food intake, calories, fridge temps).
Follow HACCP plan and safety protocols for equipment and storage areas.
