Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves food within guidelines of menu and dietary requirements.
• Maintains knowledge of recipe ingredients to respond to allergy questions or requests.
• Follows food safety standards, monitors temperatures, and prevents cross-contamination.
• Ensures proper meal portioning and appealing presentation; supports service recovery.
• Operates electronic diet office software and navigates electronic health records for diet orders.
• Performs general cleaning of equipment and work areas.
