Job summary

Medical Center Health System in Odessa, TX seeks an experienced Nutrition Services Manager to lead all aspects of the department, establish policies, and drive quality and service standards.

You will plan staffing, budgeting, purchasing, production and distribution of foods, and oversee patient education and QA/QC programs to ensure safe, nutritious meals. A Bachelor's degree in foods or nutrition and at least five years of management, with Texas licensure preferred, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in foods, nutrition or food service administration preferred.
• Minimum of five years of management responsibilities.
• Texas licensor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operations of the Nutrition Services Department including policies, procedures, standards and objectives.
• Plan, organize and direct staffing, budgeting, purchasing, production and distribution of all foods, patient education and QA/QC programs.
• Ensure high quality service, safety and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced hospital environment.
