Job summary

Medical Center Health System in Odessa, TX seeks an experienced Nutrition Services Manager to lead all aspects of the department, establish policies, and drive quality and service standards.

You will plan staffing, budgeting, purchasing, production and distribution of foods, and oversee patient education and QA/QC programs to ensure safe, nutritious meals. A Bachelor's degree in foods or nutrition and at least five years of management, with Texas licensure preferred, are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor or advanced degree from an accredited college with major in foods, nutrition or food service administration preferred. Broad knowledge of food service administration, including budgeting procedures, cafeteria-related experience, and supervisory techniques and skills.
• Training and Experience: A minimum of five years of management responsibilities. Texas Licenser preferred.
