Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bilingual preferred.
• Three years of nutrition services experience preferred.
• Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, and Frontline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain Free and Reduced applications and related forms.
• Manage program files, attendance rosters and production time sheets.
• Provide kitchen coverage as needed, including evenings.
• Manage staff timesheets, absences, and substitutes.
• Create purchase orders and process invoices; reconcile purchases.
• Make routine bank deposits and record in accounting system.
• Generate district, state and federal reports for claims.
• Create and maintain training forms, acknowledgments, and sign-in sheets.
