POSITION SUMMARY:
This is a training and relief position that will require daily travel to various Englewood schools' kitchens as well as the Nutrition Services admin office, with the potential of traveling to multiple schools in the same shift. This person will be responsible for training all new and existing Nutrition Services staff and substitutes on food preparation and production, food safety and sanitation, point of sale systems, forecasting and ordering food, and all other essential duties of a kitchen manager or associate. This position will also provide staff relief when needed and be responsible for preparing and serving a full range of food for school meals under minimal to no direct supervision when necessary during the scheduled kitchen time.
