Kingman Regional Medical Center is seeking a Nutrition Services Worker to assemble patient trays, stock service areas, and uphold food safety in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities include café and coffee kiosk service, dish room operations, and stocking responsibilities, with emphasis on accurate recipe following and presentation. Candidates should have strong customer service and teamwork skills and be able to work varied shifts.

Formación

• Proven excellent customer service interactions required.
• Effective listening skills and the ability to follow through with directions are essential.
• Requires the ability to read, write and communicate in English effectively and perform basic math.
• Must be able to accurately use measuring tools and follow recipes.
• Must be able to work under stress of deadlines, work independently, and work as part of a team.
• Schedule must permit early morning or evening shifts, as well as days, weekends and holiday shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Assembles patient food trays accurately according to patient order tickets.
• Stocks products for service and scans patient trays for tracking.
• Ensures patient trays meet quality and presentation standards.
• Works in Café cashiering or serving food and delivers excellent customer service.
• Operates the coffee kiosk and ensures recipes are followed and quality standards met.
• Prepares cold sandwiches, salads, and fruit and labels items correctly.
• Operates the dish room ensuring cleanliness and regulatory temperatures.
• Lifts and moves items safely and supports stock replenishment in multiple service areas.
