Kingman Regional Medical Center in Kingman, AZ, is seeking a Nutrition Services NS Worker to support patient meals and food service operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include assembling patient trays, stocking, cashiering in the Café, barista duties, dish room tasks, and kitchen prep while upholding safety, accuracy, and quality standards. Experience in customer service is preferred; ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Able to read, write and communicate in English effectively; basic math skills.
• Must be able to follow recipes and measure ingredients.

Responsabilidades

• Food is covered, labeled, dated and rotated per policy; temperatures meet regulatory standards.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards; work areas meet regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and leadership to meet department goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Assemble patient food trays accurately per order tickets; stock products for service and scan trays.
• Cafe cashiering or serving with excellent customer service; accurately charge for food purchases.
• Barista duties at the coffee kiosk; follow recipes and maintain quality standards.
• Prepare cold sandwiches, salads and fruit; ensure proper labeling and rotation.
• Operate dish machine; ensure cleanliness and proper functioning.
