Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods daily in a high-volume, fast-paced operation.
• Ensure meals meet quality, timing, and presentation standards.
• Follow recipes accurately and monitor food temperatures.
• Label, date, and store foods per policy and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation; assist with forecasting.
• May supervise staff in the absence of NS management and support catering tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team to meet department goals.
