The Senior Hub - Meals on Wheels of Fairfield County is seeking a dependable Nutrition Office Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the Nutrition Department in a part-time role. You will assist with clerical tasks, inventory, and other duties that keep our programs running smoothly.

As a large nonprofit serving Fairfield County, we value accuracy, teamwork, and community service. A valid Ohio driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required to support deliveries and events.

Qualifications

• Clerical or office administration experience.
• Inventory management experience preferred.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with deliveries, inventory management, and warehouse operations
• Review invoices for accuracy and manage vendor issues and credit memos
• Maintain accurate records and utilize agency software to generate daily reports
• Support Nutrition Services with clerical tasks
• Assist with planning and preparation for agency events involving Nutrition Services
• Provide support with kitchen duties and other Nutrition-related tasks as needed
• Oversee warehouse volunteers

The Senior Hub - Meals on Wheels of Fairfield County is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Nutrition Office Coordinator! In this part-time role, you’ll play an important part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Nutrition Department, helping with clerical tasks, inventory, and other needs that keep our programs running smoothly.

The Senior Hub-MEALS on Wheels of Fairfield County is a large, 501c3 nonprofit organization serving Fairfield County. The agency serves as the county’s office on aging providing programs and services to improve health, connection, and independent living for those 60 and older living in Fairfield County.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Assist with deliveries, inventory management, and warehouse operations
