Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field with 3 years of experience.
Experience in nutrition education, food pantry operations, office management, and event planning.
Knowledge of FERPA regulations and confidentiality.
Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to collect data and produce periodic program reports.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Ram Mini Mart operations and provide basic needs through the program.
Assess student needs related to food insecurity and connect to college/community resources.
Serve as ServSafe Manager and ensure compliance with highest food safety standards.
Collaborate with external food pantry partners and donors to secure nutritious food.
Manage referrals and maintain professional customer service across interactions.
Develop and facilitate nutrition and food security education events and activities.
Maintain daily operations logistics, inventory, reporting, and data collection.
