Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare preferred.
• 1 year of phone experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Experience in healthcare settings and CBORD system is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Greet customers warmly and ensure positive experiences, resolving issues as needed.
• Answer phones promptly; assist members, staff and visitors of the Food and Nutrition Services office.
• Communicate with dietitians; relay nourishments and summarize supplies daily.
• Enter and report data for quality assurance; track meal servings and orders.
• Process patient meal selections using the diet office system; ensure diet compliance.
• Respond to patient and family questions; provide information on recipes and ingredients.
• Transmit meal orders to preparation locations and report disruptions.
• Update CBORD data, admissions, discharges, diet orders, allergies, and preferences.
• Resolve patient requests or escalate to appropriate staff; maintain clean work area.
• Handle credit card transactions securely; support coworkers during breaks.
• Report complaints, hazards, or incidents to the on-duty leader.
