Job summary

You will lead a team of Call Center Associates, collaborate with Clinical Nutrition and Culinary teams, and manage performance, scheduling, and payroll while upholding safety standards.

• Experience in call center operations or related healthcare settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure department and regulatory standards are met, including health and food safety guidelines.
• Oversee Call Center operations, monitor metrics, and prepare reports for management.
• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate Call Center Associates; manage performance.
• Coordinate with Clinical Nutrition and Culinary teams to ensure timely meal service.
• Address staff concerns, conduct meetings, and drive service excellence.
