Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Dietary Aide/Nutrition Aide to prepare and deliver healthy meals while ensuring patient nutrition needs are met. You will collaborate with Dietitians, follow safety standards, and support residents with compassionate service throughout the shift.

The role requires a high school diploma, a Food Handler’s Permit, and roughly one year of food service experience. A comprehensive benefits package is offered for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively (verbal and written, English) with residents and staff.
• Must be able to read and understand written instructions and follow safety practices.
• Must be cordial and congenial with residents.
• Must be dependable, detail oriented, organized, and have good follow through.
• Must be able to work within standard policy and procedures, and work with limited direct supervision.
• Must be able to handle various tasks and functions.

Responsabilités

• Assist in food preparation, hospitality duties, and meal service, including serving food under the guidance of the Chef or Dietitian.
• Deliver dishes, trays, and designated times and rooms.
• Assist in setting up and clearing up dining areas with attention to cleanliness and order Includes dish, tray, trash, leftover removals.
• Follow all sanitation guidelines, federal / state regulations, and Senior Living / Healthcare requirements. Maintain cleanliness of prep items.
• Follow cleaning schedules and perform cleaning duties as scheduled and/or needed.
• Provide customer service and hospitality during nutrition delivery.
