Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking a Part-Time Dietary Aide to support meal preparation and delivery in a healthcare setting. This role works the evening shift from 3:45pm to 6:45pm under the supervision of a Dietitian or Chef.

You will assist with food service, communicate dietary needs, and help ensure residents receive appropriate meals with warmth and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, an active Food Handler’s Permit, and prior food service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Food Handler’s Permit required; ServSafe training beneficial.
• One year food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and meal service under Chef or Dietitian.
• Deliver dishes and trays to designated rooms.
• Set up and clear dining areas, maintaining cleanliness and order.
• Follow sanitation guidelines and safety standards.
• Provide hospitality during nutrition delivery.
• Maintain organized, sanitary prep areas.
