Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Dietary Aide/Nutrition Aide to assist in meal prep and service for residents. You will work with Dietitians to relay allergies or restrictions and ensure meals meet safety standards throughout the shift.

The role requires a high school diploma, a current Food Handler’s Permit, and a willingness to learn ServSafe. Beneficial to have 1 year of food service experience and strong patient-care skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Current Food Handler’s Permit required.
• ServSafe training beneficial.
• One year of food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, hospitality duties, and meal service, under guidance of Chef or Dietitian.
• Deliver dishes, trays, and designated times/rooms.
• Assist in setting up and clearing dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Follow sanitation guidelines and health regulations; maintain cleanliness of prep items.
• Perform cleaning duties per schedules; support overall dining operations.
• Provide customer service and hospitality during nutrition delivery.
