Responsibilities include processing orders, coordinating shipments, assisting with invoicing, and supporting sales and warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer purchase orders and confirm details.
• Coordinate order details and enter orders into the database.
• Provide periodic open order reports to customers.
• Coordinate shipment between warehouse and customer and obtain freight rates.
• Communicate shipping and ETA details and resolve inquiries by end of day.
• Analyze customer sales reports to identify buying patterns.
• Assist accounting with unpaid invoices.
• Assist in rework processing for returns and exchanges.
• Collaborate with the Account Manager to satisfy customer needs.
• Follow cGMP guidelines and department SOPs.
• Perform other duties as needed.
