Job summary

UTAH is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service operations, overseeing order management, invoicing support, and issue resolution to ensure best-in-class service across the customer lifecycle.

The role partners with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Project Management to drive demand planning, accurate order execution, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in customer service or related environments.
• Proven experience leading and developing customer service teams.
• Strong knowledge of order management processes, ERP systems, and customer communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead all customer service operations and personnel.
• Own the customer order management process from entry to invoicing and returns.
• Serve as primary escalation point for customer issues and cross-functionally resolve them.
• Identify process improvements and system enhancements to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
• Partner with Operations and Scheduling to improve on-time delivery.
