Job summary

Premier Health Partners seeks an System Nursing & Staffing Operations Manager to lead the Nursing Staff Resources. You will oversee enterprise-wide staffing operations, budgeting, performance reporting, and data-driven decision support to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

You will supervise staffing coordinators, partner with Nursing Leadership and physicians, and act as Facility System Administrator for staffing and scheduling systems, driving continuous improvement and optimal resource

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or Business required.
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Academic focus in Nursing or Business.
