Premier Health in Dayton, OH seeks a System Nursing & Staffing Business Operations Manager to lead staffing allocation, workforce planning, and real-time staffing decisions. This role oversees the centralized Staffing Office and aligns nursing operations with organizational goals.

You will collaborate with Nursing Leadership, optimize throughput and resource utilization, mentor a high-performing team, and ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness in staffing and scheduling systems.

Qualificações

Master's degree required.
Graduate of an accredited Nursing or Business program.
Academic focus in Nursing or Business.
One to three years of relevant professional experience.
Demonstrated progressive leadership experience.
At least two years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse or comparable business experience.
Experience managing staffing and scheduling systems or databases.

Responsabilidades

Lead staffing allocation processes and workforce planning initiatives.
Optimize schedules and make real-time staffing decisions.
Monitor staffing conditions; analyze workforce trends; provide recommendations.
Serve as Facility System Administrator for staffing and scheduling systems.
Collaborate with Nursing Leadership and other executives to align strategies.
Mentor and develop a high-performing team; drive engagement and performance.
Ensure regulatory compliance, policy adherence, and cost-effective resource use.
