Responsibilities

• Implements workforce management policies to ensure safe, quality staffing.
• Oversees 24/7 system staffing and payroll operations for nursing and clinical staff.
• Partners with department leaders to optimize workforce utilization and productivity.
• Manages budget coordination and performance metrics for workforce operations.
• Recruits, mentors, and evaluates associates; conducts performance reviews and coaching.
