Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and supporting activities at the nursing station.
• Handle clerical and receptionist duties across multiple systems.
• Receive, route, and document telephone calls and messages.
• Maintain the physical environment of the nursing station.
• Coordinate with other departments and outside agencies as needed.
• Enter help desk tickets for IS or maintenance and order supplies.
