Job summary

Paradigm Healthcare is seeking a Unit Manager at Creekside in Gahanna, OH to lead nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care. The role requires an active LVN or RN license with several years in supervisory roles within Long-Term Care settings.

You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing, oversee in-services, budget compliance, and regulatory adherence while maintaining patient safety and a positive, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active nursing license (LVN or RN) in the State.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisor experience in healthcare, LTC preferred.
• Knowledge of reimbursement regulations and nursing facility administration requirements.
• Ability to communicate policies and procedures to staff, residents, families and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality resident care.
• Assist the Director of Nursing and nursing administration with staffing and policy compliance.
• Participate in audits, staff development, and budget adherence.
• Identify safety concerns and promote patient safety.
• Maintain 24/7 nursing support coverage via on-call scheduling.
