Qualificações

• CNML or similar certifications preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory survey processes

Responsabilidades

• Supervise nursing staff to ensure adherence to clinical standards
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, transfers with documentation
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with healthcare professionals/families
• Monitor and evaluate patient care quality; address issues promptly
• Manage staffing schedules, performance evaluations, and training
• Ensure regulatory compliance including safety and infection control
• Oversee inventory and ordering of medical supplies
• Act as liaison between patients, families, and healthcare team
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and policy development
