PATADIGM HEALTHCARE is seeking a Weekend Supervisor to assist the Director of Nursing at Paradigm at Creekside in Gahanna, OH. The ideal candidate will oversee nursing staff, ensure quality care for residents, and uphold compliance with regulations.

This full-time position requires strong leadership and organizational skills, along with a valid RN license. Candidates should have prior experience in Long-Term Care and a commitment to high-quality patient outcomes. Benefits include a day shift with a schedule on Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Formación

• Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State.
• 2 years’ experience in Long-Term Care preferred.
• Six months’ experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices preferred.

• Assist the Director of Nursing to plan, organize, and direct operations of the Nursing Service Department.
• Supervise nursing staff to ensure quality nursing care.
• Identify safety concerns and take actions to assure patient safety.
