Job summary

Paradigm at Creekside in Gahanna, OH is seeking a Unit Manager (RN or LVN) to join our skilled nursing team. This full-time, day-shift role offers an opportunity to lead nursing staff, support quality-of-care initiatives, and partner with the Director of Nursing to maintain excellent resident outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an active Ohio nursing license, has prior supervisory experience in long-term care, and demonstrates strong clinical leadership with compliance knowledge and staff

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN or LVN license to practice in Ohio.
• Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in healthcare, preferably long-term care.
• Ability to interpret regulations and ensure compliant nursing practice.
• Strong communication and staff development skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Assist DON and nursing administration in operations and staff development.
• Conduct rounds to monitor care quality and safety across shifts.
• Identify and address policy and regulatory compliance gaps in the unit.
