Job summary

Intersect Healthcare of Lamont seeks a Nursing Supervisor to work with the Director of Nursing, planning and coordinating clinical services for the nursing unit. The role oversees nursing care and ensures interdisciplinary collaboration to support residents across units.

The position requires an RN license, valid in Michigan, and preferred supervisory experience. Overtime, on-call availability, and emergency response may be required at times.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Michigan.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing preferred.
• One to three years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess systems that affect quality resident care.
• Coordinate and manage clinical services for the unit.
• Facilitate the interdisciplinary care team.
• Lead nursing care planning and evaluation.
• Ensure proper documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Provide health education to residents and families.
• Participate in quality assurance activities.
• Respond to emergencies and staffing shortages as needed.
