Job summary

Intersect Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to plan, coordinate and manage clinical services for the assigned nursing unit in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.

You will oversee nursing care, support an interdisciplinary team, and ensure compliant delivery of resident services. Responsibilities include assessing care systems, resolving care-related issues, directing nursing procedures, and providing education to residents and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Graduate of accredited nursing program preferred.
• Active RN license in the state where employed.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate systems enabling quality resident care.
• Coordinate resolution of care-related issues with families.
• Implement and evaluate nursing procedures and unit programming.
• Make nursing diagnoses to guide care delivery.
• Perform nursing assessments and develop care plans.
• Provide health education to residents and families.
