Job summary
Legacy Healthcare Financial Services LLC is seeking an RN or LPN Unit Manager to lead the assigned unit and support overall facility operations, delivering high-quality nursing care and exceptional service to Guests around the clock.
You will assist the Director of Nursing with planning, development, and staffing to meet regulatory requirements, and coordinate floor nurse and CNA breaks to ensure continuous, safe patient care.
Qualifications
- Licensed RN or LPN with current credentials.
- Experience in unit management or supervising nursing staff.
Responsibilities
- Assist DON in planning and operation of the assigned unit.
- Ensure adequate staffing and coordinate breaks for floor nurses and CNAs.
