Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and supervisory experience
• Experience in supervisory roles preferred
• Knowledge of licensure, certification, and credential tracking processes preferred

Responsibilities

• Supports occupational health needs for employees, faculty, residents, students, and volunteers.
• Coordinates and administers annual clinical competency assessments for nursing and clinical support staff.
• Monitors and maintain nursing and medical assistant licensure and certification compliance.
• Ensures adherence to institutional, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
• Reduces organizational risk associated with expired credentials, incomplete competencies, and employee health compliance deficiencies.
• Enhances workforce onboarding, retention, employee well-being, and patient safety initiatives.
