Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus three years of supervisory experience OR a combination of education and/or supervisory experience to equal seven years.

Responsibilities

• The Unit Manager serves as the primary on-site operational leader of the unit, ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality healthcare delivery through effective leadership, regulatory oversight, and performance.
• Manages a unit within a department, plans, organizes and develops goals and procedures for the unit, and supervises subordinate staff.
