Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing preferred.
• Valid RN state license.
• One to three years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and manages the clinical services for the nursing unit.
• Facilitates the interdisciplinary team and resolves care issues.
• Assesses and evaluates systems to deliver quality resident care.
• Develops and implements nursing care plans based on assessments.
• Completes required forms and documents per policy and regulations.
• Performs nursing duties in emergencies or staffing shortages.
