Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to RNs, LPNs, and Nursing Assistants.
• Oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident care.
• Ensure appropriate staffing and coverage.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in care plans and ensure assessments are updated per regulations.
• Monitor documentation and staff performance for compliance.
• Maintain regulatory readiness and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Promote infection control and HIPAA compliance.
• Prepare reports and track quality indicators for department goals.
