Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• At least 3 years of nursing experience (preferred in skilled nursing or long-term care).
• Minimum 1 year of nursing leadership or administrative experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for patient-centered care and team development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.
• Direct patient care and treatment planning; conduct medical assessments and ensure care standards.
• Coordinate and manage staffing needs; assist in hiring and team development.
• Monitor and ensure documentation compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Resolve resident and family concerns; address grievances and uphold resident rights.
• Assist in staff development; mentor nursing staff and participate in training.
• Drive quality improvement and implement new ideas to enhance patient outcomes and facility operations.
