Job summary

Heritage Hall Healthcare & Rehab Center is seeking an LPN Unit Manager in Virginia to lead daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality resident care on the unit. You will supervise LPNs and nursing staff, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and uphold regulatory standards while delivering compassionate service to residents.

Qualified candidates have an active Virginia LPN license and prior long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Must have an active LPN license in the state of Virginia.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility.
• Ability to make independent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations on the unit.
• Provide direct resident care supervision and guidance to LPNs and CNAs.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care and safety.
• Assist in maintaining regulatory compliance and documentation.
