  • Oversee daily operations of your assigned nursing unit.
  • Supervise, support, and mentor nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs).
  • Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Monitor staffing, scheduling, and performance.
  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and clinical documentation.
  • Promote a positive and team-oriented work environment.
