Corewell Health is seeking a Nursing Technician to assist with basic nursing skills under RN supervision, observing patients, and communicating findings to the health team. You will play a key role in delivering compassionate care to patients and families.

The position emphasizes accurate documentation, collaboration with the care team, and adherence to clinical policies to ensure high-quality, safe patient care.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CRT-BLS certification within 90 days (AHA).
• CRT-BLS certification within 90 days (ARC).

Responsabilidades

• Collects and reports physiological, psychological, sociocultural and spiritual needs of patients and families in coordination with the RN or Provider.
• Ensures that required documentation is performed in an accurate and timely manner.
• Provides direct patient care under the direction of the RN or Provider, consistent with clinical policies and procedures, and department standard work.
• Provides input in the development of an individualized plan of care.
• Articulates the nursing technician role to the patient, family and health team members.
• Provides support to facilitate safe, quality patient care in a cost-effective manner.
