Responsibilities

• Collects and reports observational data from patients in coordination with the RN or Provider.
• Ensures accurate and timely documentation.
• Provides direct patient care under supervision in line with policies.
• Contributes to individualized plan of care development.
• Explains the nursing technician role to patients and families.
• Supports safe, cost-effective patient care.
• Maintains a clean environment and reports equipment issues.
• Upholds privacy and security of patient data.
