Job summary

Quality Living Inc. is seeking an experienced nursing leader to serve as Coordinator of Nursing on-site at our Omaha, NE location. You will lead nurses and medication aides, reinforce our culture, and ensure resident care excellence.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license in Nebraska (or a compact license) with CPR certification and prior leadership experience. This role includes staffing support, onboarding, and ongoing professional development, with on-call responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in Nebraska (or compact license) required
• Current CPR certification required
• Prior nursing leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience preferred
• Prior TBI, SCI, CVA experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching, and supporting nursing and medication aide team members on a day-to-day basis
• Protecting and reinforcing QLI's culture and mission
• Assisting with staffing coverage and scheduling to ensure resident needs are met
• Supporting onboarding, training, and ongoing development of nurses and med aides
• Serving as an on-call resource and providing off-shift support and supervision as needed
• Partnering with the Director of Nursing and Clinical Leadership on team development, competency, and compliance initiatives
