Grady Health System is seeking a Nursing Support Technician (NST) to assist Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses in inpatient care. You will provide personal care, assist with daily living activities, and support patient comfort and safety through competent, compassionate service.

Role includes performing delegated tasks, maintaining a safe environment, and potential cross-training as a patient safety monitor or unit clerk as directed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• American Heart Association BLS Certification.
• Georgia Nursing Assistant Certification or PCT Program Certificate or Basic Nursing Fundamentals Course completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate, culturally sensitive care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Maintain a safe environment, communicate effectively, and utilize technology.
• Perform basic and advanced skills as delegated by a licensed professional; participate in care plans.
• Cross-train to serve as patient safety monitor or unit clerk as needed.
