Grady Health System is seeking a Nursing Support Technician for inpatient care. Under supervision of RNs and LPNs, NSTs provide age-appropriate, culturally sensitive care, assist with daily activities, and perform delegated tasks to support patient comfort and outcomes.

The NST role emphasizes patient advocacy, teaching, and continuous improvement within a diverse, high‑volume hospital environment in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Provides age-appropriate, culturally and ethnically sensitive care.
• Assists with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Performs tasks and therapies as delegated by a licensed professional.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing support in inpatient settings.
• Advocate for patients and educate patients and families.
