Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides age-appropriate, culturally sensitive personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assists with comfort measures and nourishments and performs delegated therapies under supervision.
• Works primarily in inpatient settings and advocates for patients; participates in teaching and performance improvement.
• Follows competency validation for basic and advanced skills; may cross-train as patient safety monitor or unit clerk.
