Job summary

Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation is seeking a Nursing Supervisor (RN) to direct nursing staff, oversee patient care, and ensure documentation integrity using EPIC. This full-time day position includes weekend shifts and requires active RN licensure and current BLS/ACLS. A CRRN is preferred after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN License required.
• Two or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse.

• Direct assigned nursing personnel, serving as a resource person and consultant.
• Provide and oversee nursing care, implement hospital and departmental philosophy and objectives.
• Maintain approved standards of patient care, collaborate for continuity of care under the Chief Nursing Officer.

Position: Nursing Supervisor (RN)

Location: 92 Brick Road, Marlton, NJ 08053

Schedule: Full-Time Day / 12 hour shifts (Includes Weekday & Weekend Shifts)

Compensation: $48.11 - $63.00 hourly (Based on Experience) + $3 weekend Shift Differential

Responsibilities

You will direct assigned nursing personnel, serving as a resource person and consultant. Provide and oversee nursing care, implement hospital and departmental philosophy and objectives. Maintain approved standards of patient care, collaborate with appropriate persons for continuity of care under the guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer.

• Together, we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan.
• Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC
• Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data, including labs and telemetry.
• Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Promoting continuous quality improvement.
• Instructing and counseling patients/families.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Valid State RN License required
• Two or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Certified BLS required
• Certified ACLS or completion in the first 6 months of employment required
• CRRN required after meeting eligibility requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years' experience in managerial or supervisory capacity is preferred.
• BSN or enrollment in BSN program preferred.
